I am fairly convinced this was unique to a specific build of Ventura on M1 and the non-Apple Silicon build of Factorio. Most likely this was false results observed due to some weird calculation misfire from OS events reporting incorrectly or some other strange voodoo.

Highest score for that map I see is 86 on a 5800X3D, 14" M1 (Pro) MBP and M1 (Max) Studio destroying that score. The issue would be FPS.
