[2.0.12] Dragging belt over obstacle does not place underground exit if belt follows right after (MR)

See attachement, i have a section of horizontal belt, empty, vertical belt, empty and then again horizontal. Starting to drag at the empty secion, going horizontal, i first get a new horizontal belt, this then gets replaced by 2 underground, but then 1 underground is removed when i drag on ?!? afbee...

Yes, there are some rounding errors that require you to keep this loop topped up from time to time. It's not much, but it's enough to dry out the loop if you have no mechanism to top it up. I've seen some discussions on it and it's not something that can be fixed.

That should be in the py codex. There is a button to switch between researched, not-researched, and even selected and unselected TURD.

Somehow my belts started to side-load onto a full lane?!?

It happened in my modded save, so i'll just have to share that one. Also added a few recordings with different debug modes on.

I started the game with no sound device. I then got the message "Couldn't initiate sound, audio is disabled" I then enabled my sound device (enabled it on my kvm switch, but i guess this is the same as plugging it in) I wend to settings->sound I switched output to my now added sound device...
