the Issue has been resolved by updating the drivers and firmware of my PC.

i will update all drivers and firmware on my PC. when i get home from work later today. if that resolves the issue i will let you know for future reference. i will also try to see if i can reproduce the issue an older laptop i have laying around. If i succeed i will post the log file and the system ...
