Allow containers with inventory type "with_custom_stack_size" to have filters
Right now, inventories of the type "with_custom_stack_size" has the boolean with_bar option. Letting it also have "bar and filters" would give it feature parity with containers without a custom stack size (since with weight limit doesn't really make sense in this context).

If it's that easy/possible to approach a sprite limit, is it possible for modders to limit the number of sprites rendered in a stack? For instance always rendering stacks as 2 tall even if there are 3 or 4 in the stack.
