Try disabling Steam cloud sync for just Factorio as well (or use the master setting for them all as a test). All of the issues you’re seeing are things steam is doing and are out of our control. You’ll need to contact steam and or use steams support system to figure out why steam won’t launch the game. Sorry.

I just tried it. Same result.

Plus, as the image shows, "the game Files integrity verification" is doing fine.

I don't see the loading screen. The closest thing to the launch is that icon I circled in red in the first pic.

I can launch any other games in Steam but not Factorio anymore. It's a fresh install in Windows 11. I tried reinstalling Steam and Factorio but the problem persists.
