Bending belts in a specific way when smart belt building causes unexpected additional belts to be built.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag a straight line of belts forwards (up in this case)

I'd like to second revisiting this! (At least, for deconstruction orders that would destroy a ghost if cancelled). It was quite confusing when designing a factory in ghosts to be built later, only to come back to find a bunch of ghosts missing because some trees were in the way.

I can reproduce this on Steam Deck (also on version 2.0.20) with interface scaling at 100% (the default I think):
