Turns out that i am an idiot or simple restart of client helped.
Surely it helped on performance issues (now i have rock solid 60fps), but if it comes to building space platform, if you launch rocket from Nauvis then it has to be Nauvises platform first, not Gleba's as i initially wanted to do.
