Sorry, dont have the log anymore. But perhaps this will be a hint: In my first try - when the achievement doesn' counts - i have disabled the DLC in steam. Second try - this time it works - i have disabled the DLC in game by using the "mods"-Button. No idea if this could be the reason, but...

i just tried this Achievement and i had 10 min. left on the counter, when placing my train, but Achievement doesn't count!
