It will remember the parameters (even the names) if you first paste the blueprint and fill the parameter icons as the corresponding parameters. I.e. if you want to make a change, first build the blueprint and when it asks for parameters, set the "Item to build" parameter to the 0 param sig...

I'd like to join in on this, even just allowing the common ingredients to stay in the ingredient slot would be a huge improvement and I don't see how it could be abused.
