OK so i have the setup posted below and to me it all looks fine. But it produces Electric Engine Unit for about 15 seconds, then stops. The Chemical Plant says No Recipe, the Oil Refinery says Output Full. So why the heck isn't the Lubricant going to the Chemical Plant like it should. Looks all conn...
