I want to have any quality ammo inside of my artillery BUT, I cannot, why ?

My bot mall is creating quality ammos and I would like to use them.

Here's what how I think ...

It would be much easier to build with a direction locker for pipes such as belts.
When you build and keep building belts, the direction is locked (horizontal or vertical).
It would be much easier to have the same for pipes.

And underground pipe should be placed when you try to build onto an obstacle such as when you try to build onto an obstacles with belts, that build automatically an underground belt.
