To add on to this issue, the Fulgoran Lightning Collector is no longer available in the Deconstruction Planner in 2.0.19. Importing a decon planner from 2.0.15 with one in it will import empty. Deconstruction on its own (alt+d) also cannot target the Fulgoran Lightning Rod. Player is able to ...
