I copy pasted some buildings into an area that needed to be landfilled first.
All construction bots stay idle, no landfill is being placed . I have 160k landfill and 16k idle bots. FPS/UPS is at roughly 60.
The blueprint color stays at "idle" (slightly darker blue)

After about 2-3 minutes the bots ...
