This runs really well. The circuit condition is for the rare case when it would overflow (disables inserter if any item there). The spawner is legendary though. For common spawner the ideal setup is 2.4 spawners per recycler. I've got 150 of these. Add roboports where ...

This setup is meant to refeed the 20% asteroid back into the crusher with priority from the main feeding belt. It works well for a few hours, but sooner or later it will get backed up as the main feeding belt gets priority.
