Oh this completely my bad im so sorry. Looking back at my old circuits i realise that i was actually using Everything and not Each. This was so stupid of me im sorry for wasting your time :(

Yeah sorry I wasnt clear, I know that the icons have changed, but you still can't do this operation. As The_Bros_47874 shows, in the current version this is not possible (it also doesn't work with each, I tested it), whereas in older versions, as shown by the image I posted, it clearly was possible ...

Straight off of the wiki, I need something to do exactly this operation, but this doesnt exist anymore for whatever reason. I did manage to find a weird workaround though.

This is the best I came up with. It takes the input and displays the number corresponding.

Adding it to this and it will show the whole number corresponding with the input

The division combinators are from right to left: Num/10, Num/100, Num/1000 ...
