Oh, that makes sense. Seems strange though, since all the other values on the display round to two decimal places. I do see now that people have reported it before though, and it is probably not a bug.

Unexpected Behavior

For the foundry, electromagnetic plant, and cryogenic plant, the stack size is 20 and the rocket capacity is 5. However, when hovering over the icon for each building, it incorrectly displays that the rocket capacity is 0.3 stacks, as displayed below.
