I love the coming changes for the Mod window in 2.0. :) With that said, I've a few suggestions for the Manage tab: 1) Click-drag (de)activates groups of mods. Sounds to me you need to focus more on your ratios and scaling down, or the better option of learning the beauty of circuit networks. Whelp. The data is in. I did exactly what you said -- I deleted the 21 accumulators and, starting from daylight, it didn't drop. Excellent. :)
