Hello,
My friend and I were playing on his dedicated server and all the sudden we get both desynced.
He tried to reboot the server still did the same thing
Additional notes: we were playing on the latest version of Factorio 0.13.1
We were just the 2 of us

I found 3 bugs:
1. In the the browse public games sometimes will crash saying: stol argument out off range (as seen on the attachement)
2. When refresh if this does not happen will do the same thing: stol argument out off range
