Re: Friday Facts #143 - Nat Punching Again
still my hype train is derailed. (maybe I can get it going for one more week ...) My personal recommendation is to not attempt to restart the hype train. It does nothing for you, it only causes disappointment. Ignore these threads, play the game, get the update when it comes. You'll be better off f...

While people are just discussing how they see things in a polite way, you roll in and tell people what they should do with their time. That's what called negative attitude. Think of it. /r/factorio would be awesome place for you, folks from there are big fans of downvoting everyone, who dare not to...

Redacted, because I was literally being a dick to pretty much everyone.
Bit not redacted:

This would potentially cause problems if your armour is destroyed. What would happen then?Sebb767 wrote: I guess you simply can't take of your armor if your inventory is too full (like chests, which can't be mined if full)

Re: Friday Facts #142 - Playtesting
Since a few people are arguing against, I'll add my voice to for. Extra slots should be tied to actual armour, not to research, not as an unlock. Otherwise it makes no sense. Where does this extra capacity come from? If the armour has extra capacity, not having the armour should remove it. Personall...

Re: Friday Facts #142 - Playtesting
"Call a train" good idea. That's already possible, actually. Have a "personal" train parked somewhere, with next issued stop at a "Personal" train stop. Disassemble the stop, and the train will continue looking for it. When you need a train, just place a new stop, set ...

This could actually be as simple as allowing "Go To Selected Station" to accept inputs from the station list.RobertTerwilliger wrote: Also would like to see train semi-automatic riding - i.e., set station to go, without placing it in schedule.

To compare, I think http://www.nnrailway.co.uk/graphics/locos/12131.jpg looks more like Factorio loco than the new model. Sorry about the double post - your rules, not mine.

Well thank you Factorio Forums for deleting my entire post because it contained a URL despite not warning me that apparently I'm not allowed to post URLs. Guess I'll have to try again. Pardon me if I'm a little short this time around, I don't appreciate having to redo things. I love the track-follow...
