Re: Version 0.12.33
You mean like the padded cells that people are being taken to after going insane from waiting for 0.13?

Signal placement inconsistency
factorio_signal.jpg I have made a junction recently and have noticed that one signal remains "flashing" no matter what I do with placement, its opposite partner (a few tiles directly West of the one circled) is just fine - no matter which side of the track it is placed on. The circled one...

Re: Version 0.12.28
Explosion sounds are now not deafeningly loud, when multiple things explode at once. ... I have a Logitech Z5500 system attached to my computer and I had gotten into the habit of turning the sub off if I went on biter raids with capsules with my hand half ready to turn everything down as soon as th...

Re: Friday Facts #129 - The late game
Robominers seem like a logical progession to me. [...] Could be a way to go about it... Craft Mining Robots Put Roboport into an area with resource patches Put down requester chest(s) and set the type of resource(s) you want to be mined as request Enjoy Would render electric miners obsolete at late...

Re: Friday Facts #129 - The late game
Robominers seem like a logical progession to me. You would have a miner port and then miner beacons Beacons could have a 7x7 aoe like medium power poles and connect back to the miner port with cables. Robots will then head out and mine any ores covered by beacons and dump it back in the minerport wh...

Re: Friday Facts #128 - Back down to earth
Apologies if this has already been suggested but how about the loaders being 1x2 as in the FFF gif. But they hold a buffer of 1x full stack of items. They could work in a sort of flip-flop mode by where they fill their buffer to maximum then when it's full empty it out the other side. During the &qu...

Re: About the endgame - kinda frustrating today
There is certainly something to be said for endgame fatigue and it is something that I find all ow/sandbox games suffer from eventually. It gets boring running around killing people in GTA once you have finished all the missions. It gets boring to sit staring at your C:SL city tick by once you've fi...

Re: [0.12.15] [pending] Rail signal got "stuck"
I can second this issue. It was not present in 0.12.10 and I updated straight from 0.12.10 > 0.12.16 and it is now present. Problem seems to be that signals (I think only chain signals but I haven't tested thoroughly) do not graphically change back from red. eg a big junction with lots of chain sign...
