Your mod is good, and is even better when paired with angel mod. 1. Higher tier of shore pump is needed. Maybe tier 5 which is 10 times as vanilla pump? (12000/s) 2. One of the belt connector cable seems to have wrong color pairs. Perhaps switch the red and green? That one belt with connector facing to the right.

Tried to setup 'wagon factory' which utilizes wagon instead of belts, found that long hand inserters doesn't work when placed between 2 wagons facing end to end.
