It's probably bad ram. I ran the memtest as you suggested, and it found a few errors (It's not overclocked, aftermarket, or otherwise suspicious. As far as I can tell it just happened.). Just had a second crash to desktop. This one was on a different game with the same mods, and it was triggered by an autosave instead of a manual save. I've uploaded the logs and .tmp file again, and archived (but not uploaded, because they're 140 MB) a copy of the most recent savefiles for that game.

I found a bug when using the Magic Wand - Creator to place water (water, deep water, green water, or deep green water) onto some tiles (Dirt, dark dirt, sand, dark sand). It occasionally misses placing some of the water when "correct tiles" mode is selected.

This mod makes a version of construction bots, personal roboports, and modular armor available in the early green science era, about equivalent to railroads. It was inspired by FFF 160: "Figure some way to have low level personal construction robots earlier in the game.".
