Cannot get 0.17.17 on steam. 0.17.x is still experimental. You probably haven't enabled the 0.17 betas. Despite having the 0.17.16 installed on Steam, and unstable versions activated on Steam, the 0.17.17 seems unavailable for OP. See viewtopic.php?p=416273#p416273 for proof
