I will look into these. But I'm still thinking about possible solutions as I don't want to just hide them under tabs.

These are simply hints meant to get you started are do not include all possible relevant shortcuts.
Shooting is not showing when the character is on foot. Showing it when in a vehicle doesn't make much sense.

Re: [Twinsen][2.0.9][SA] Home key opens space map
This is fixed for Version: 2.0.13. Thanks for the reproduction steps.
The issue was that the list-box would react to the Home and End keys when focused, a default behavior of listboxes. Now it won't react to keys anymore. The global next/previous surface keybinds will still work as expected.

Maybe this is related to the next surface/previous surface hotkeys that by default are mapped to Down/Up arrow keys

As the name suggests, these are simply hints meant to get you started are do not include all possible relevant shortcuts. In this case, Z to insert one item is also missing.
But I will keep your feedback in mind.

Re: Friday Facts #434 - Galaxy of Fame
Rumors have it that the Switch successor will be downward compatible with the Switch. Assuming the game library is carried over under a single Nintendo account, does Wube consider releasing Space Age as "Switch 2 only DLC"? If that is the case then yes, I will consider releasing the DLC o...

It's not intended to show all key-presses as the list would be huge. It tries to show the most important ones for the current context.

That's a lot of mods, heh. I'll move this back to bugs and mark it as Linux.
Please upload a log file and mod-list.json for the known state the breaks it.

Re: [2.0.9] Missng shortcut hint when using cut/copy
So you want the hotkey suggestions window to also show something like "Shift+Click: Create Blueprint" in this situation.
While this is not a bad idea, it's not a bug. I'll keep the suggestion in mind.

What do you mean by "mod files"? Does it refer to more than 496 individual files in the "mods" folder? I assume with mods not stored as a zip file.
You can add mods as a zip package.

Re: Controller support
I couldn't queue research on the Switch, but maybe this is a limitation of the demo/tutorial?!? It should work by navigating to the "Start research" button and pressing it. Another trick is to "double-click" the research by double-tapping A. I understand it's not intuitive, it's...

Re: Nintendo Switch version feedback
I'm working on bringing 2.0(vanilla base game) update to the Nintendo Switch. Space Age is a no as there's not enough RAM(3.2GB RAM+VRAM available to the application) for all the textures and 5 planets worth of factories. Also CPU can't update 5 planets on 60 UPS. I will include more information in ...

Re: [2.0.8]Game will stop in the "Load game" interface on the SteamDeck
That behavior is strange. With no way to reproduce it's hard to debug. I suspect it might have something to do with our "DirectoryChangeWatcher". Make sure the permissions to the save folder are correct. Consider deleting your game configuration folder(home/deck/.factorio) entirely. Since ...

Not yet, sorry. I tried to look into it a few times but the implementation for this is not so easy because of the rather complicated heuristic algorithm used to navigate the widgets so it was always postponed for easier improvements.

Re: [switch] Electric furnace have no shadow
Thanks for the detailed report. The low resolution shadow is missing so it does not show on low vram configurations like Steam Deck or Nintendo Switch. Fixed in Version: 1.1.110. But since this is a low priority bug and we are not focusing on 1.1.x, this release can take a very long time, especially...

Re: [1.1.104] Decider combinator Output input count uses wrong value on Each
If I understand correctly you want to output signal-A with the input count of signal-A when any condition passes. This is what the Anything special signal does already. The current behavior is more useful, especially for counting the number of signals that pass. While inconsistent, not a bug, and us...

Re: [1.1.94] Scrolling 'Controls settings' on Steam Deck jumps to back button
Sorry for late reply. This is working as intended. When scrolling using the first column, you are jumping between options with tooltips. Since the "Quick Panel" section has no tooltips, the most reasonable widget to go down to is the Back button. So here you should simply scroll using the ...
