to add one of my own designs to the list I present the streamline flyover 3-way https://i.imgur.com/8ZifL10.png its rather wide as a whole, but narrow in profile. I could make it smaller but that would involve making it manual driving un-friendly, or changing the rail spacing. it gets a score of 83....

For the fun of it i decided to do a test for a 16 lane multicross (buffers between crossings could probably be better optimized) very good even split distribution, not great all crossing (tbf, a train trying to turn right[on lhd] has to cross 60 tracks on its way through the 1100x1100 intersection) ...
