I just noticed that concrete bricks can only be placed at 4+ tiles away from water, while normal concrete can be placed directly at the waters edge. Is this is a bug/historic or intended?

Looking at one the train unloading stations I spotted a strange separation between the items on the right belt (see screenshot compression2.png). I would have expected that there is no gap at the arrow (between items 3 and 4).

The technology ordering sorts by the number of science packs each technology takes (the 'x ###' next to the science packs).
So, it's working as intended - although maybe it could be sorted better. For now I'm going to leave it as it is.
