Re: [Hrusa][2.0.14] Asteroid collector stuck at computing navigation

I couldn't get it working with deleting tiles before. But the update fixed the problem. Thanks!

This is slowly destroying my complete space platform. I pause playing until this is fixed

Re: Version 1.1.20

That's not feature creep, that's a dearly missed feature that should have been in 1.0 all along. I really can't understand why the devs are constantly ignoring this, it should be a rather easy and unobtrusive patch.

Re: Friday Facts #353 - Trailer update

I also think the new FFFs are more difficult to read after the redesign. I love it, it looks really great, but maybe give the font, -sizes, -line breaks another thought (esp on big screens). Looking forward to the new trailer :) -- I still hope you'll find some time to add a simple keyboard shortcut...

Re: Belt placing improvements

Thanks for digging that up. I did a quick search but didn't find anything matching. Was too quick I guess. Still I hope the devs will consider this. There are so many convenient short-cuts in Factorio, why not add this too? It doesn't look too complex to implement. And if the devs are really against...

Belt placing improvements

This is a quality of live improvement fit for 1.0 polishing I think. Many times in the game you just want to place long straight belt lines. But as there is no restriction in mouse movement, it often happens that I accidentally place some belts in the row/column next to the one I want. Watching a fe...

Please add this feature on your polish-for-1.0 list.

Re: wanted: keyboard shortcut to toggle train manual/automatic

Is this integrated by now? I can't find it inside the settings.
This would be damn useful and should definitely be put on the to-polish-list for 1.0 ;)

Re: Version 0.17.59

You can still join a server with name verification disabled if you wish to do so by connecting to it directly, and you can still run a server that does not contact our servers.
Thanks for the clarification! I thought exactly that wouldn't be possible anymore. Sorry for the confusion.

Re: Version 0.17.59

As the devs gave no justification for this anti-feature, I might be wrong about the telemetry thing. Thinking about it some more, it's probably only to harass pirates and at the same time honest customers who want to run a private server on the internet without user verification. It's not necessaril...

Re: Version 0.17.59

User verification must be enabled for public multiplayer games. LAN games, direct-connect, and Steam still don't require user verification. These kind of changes make me really sad. I bought this game on Gog and it breaks my heart when the devs integrate more and more DRM. First the restricted mod ...

Re: Friday Facts #304 - Small bugs; Big changes

I don't like the changes in oil processing either. To be honest, I always loved when it came to oil processing and something completely new happened. It was totally refreshing to have to think differently than before (pipes instead of belts, handling of (temporary) waste products (light/heavy oil), ...

Re: Friday Facts #247 - Pricing and its exploits

Wow, Satisfactory looks really satisfying. I'd love multi-level belts without 90 degree lock, a 3D environment with flora and fauna, and it still looks nicely complex. Maybe there's also some kind of exploration system inside (like Subnautica, I'm dreaming). Mega base players will still be better of...

Re: Friday Facts #231 - Belt compression & Crash log uploading

As other people have mentiond pop-up-dialog designs here's one with an evil psycological twist: The send-report dialog has only two buttons. [No, not this time.][Yes, always.] Forcing the user who doesn't want to upload to click every time while the "cooperative" user only needs to click ...

Re: Friday Facts #231 - Belt compression & Crash log uploading

I understand that crash logs are a very useful instrument on fixing bugs, but nevertheless you should be polite and ask. You can make it easy for the user to press yes, just use a bit psychology: »We would like to upload a crash report to our servers to be able to handle this bug. This crash log is ...

Re: Friday Facts #209 - Optimisation is a way of life

Those stone paths are beautiful. I never build stone paths in the game because they're not as fast as concrete, and I don't like how they look. If they looked like this, they're probably all that I would build! How about making the stone path only faster for walking, the concrete paths faster for w...

Re: Friday Facts #189 - Specifying the 1.0

I would like that you give the aliens some more attention for 1.0. I understand that many people don't like to kill enemy bases for science packs, but now there is no reward anymore if I clean the enemy bases which makes it frustrating. Would be nice if buildings (and biters) drop something useful a...
