Agree! It's quite frustrating that the upgrade planner does an in place swap with a single construction bot but after marking for decon and placing a new ghost it sends two bots (one to decon and one to place) which could take ages in a bot or item starved network.

To add, use cases for this is are the Von-Neumann probe mod and the Space Exploration mod. These are mods where the player is bodyless and therefore cannot use the belt immunity equipment workaround. It is disorienting (and counterproductive) for a player with no physical manifestation to experience...

Ugg, this is what happens when you can't test multiplayer with mods all on one computer.
Not sure what you mean by that. You should be able to run the headless server and a client on the same box. Using the dtandersen/factorio docker image would make that really trivial.

So the spritepath changed I take it? I can get icons by ctrl clicking but typing doesn't work.

I can confirm that this happens with 14.23 (stable). Loaded a game on LAN from linux headless 14.23 server, resized the screen while loading and got the black map and minimap. Some squares at the edge of the map loaded after moving around and biters were detected in them but otherwise I had to exit ...
