I'm seeing a Heroku Application error when I go to https://mods.factorio.com/. Also the Mods screen in Factorio game has error downloading mods too.

Nice design details! Could you tweak the display of requested number and max number, so that the requested number is always at the bottom right corner of the icon, and the max number at the top right corner? As a user, I think it makes more intuitive sense to have the max number at the top.

Could you make the colors of the warning signs more colorblind friendly? Right now the red and yellow look too similar.
Also, I did like the slanted medium pole from v1. It really makes it unique and steampunk feel. I won't mind style over realism.
