It's true that this scenario is really specific.
In my case, the loads are the combinators and the robotports on top, I was wandering why my accumulators at the bottom refused to charge, even when the power grid was fine.

Force deconstruct does not completely remove tagged ice platforms.
I could be wrong but I think that when the bots remove the heat pipes, the concrete freeze and this change of status stops the ice platform underneath removal order, leaving some after the deconstruction.

Very minor issue. I put 3 quality modules inside a biochamber, but only got the "make it better" achievement after puting one inside an assembler.

I tried reproducing the error, and I could not. The drill behaved properly sending data over wires, even after the ore was depleted.

Prior to 2.0 I used to monitor patch using a single drill connected to circuit.
Now when the prob drill is dry, it stops reporting the entire patch resource.
