Re: pY Raw Ores Discussion
A few points of attention: Coke via Red hot coke is unlocked with red science, but requires a quenching tower (green science). Coke oven gas (same process) is worthless. Several recipes from the raw coal line require the same ingredient multiple times. Firearm magazines are too expensive. Borax cons...

The recipe for making coal gas from tar, which is unlocked with coal processing 1, requires pressured air, which is only unlocked well into green science.
Also the pressure pumps are way too slow.

Re: [0.16] Sea Block Pack 0.2.16
Pure sorting of lead and tin also takes green science that requires those metals, so it's at least consistent. I think the best way to go about it is to make a temporary production line making enough lead/tin/gold to make the green/blue science you need to make a better, longer-lived production lin...

Re: [0.16] Sea Block Pack 0.2.16
Why does science pack 3 require so much gold? ScienceCostTweaker increases the difficulty and the amount of stuff needed. Especially gold is a hurdle in that phase, where you start blue science, because you don't have the pure sorting recipe from crystals. I would recommend to prioritize this resea...

Hi kinnom For a very long time I have not heard anything about the development of ur project Can ask for 1 fix - can u replace resource called aceton (from ur mod) to acetone-gas from angel's bio processing - there are very similar names causing confusion although in essence it is one and the same ...

Gold has been added as a byproduct of chromium. I'm guessing the same will happen with silver from lead.Mella wrote:Voting is ended?

Wanted to ask about canceled plans for gold and silver - we can produce solder from silver by combining it with copper and tin - its especially relevant for PYHT

Re: Interest in an offline Factorio compendium/calculator?
I'm pretty sure the official stance on redistributing graphc assets is "nope", wasn't that even in the mentiond Android App thread? Websites that do it anyway are probably pretty gray and being ignored for now (why shut down something you benefit from?). I like python a lot, but it's also...

Re: Lego Diesel Locomotive! (Motor + LED)
If minecraft can have its own sets (I have couple of them), factorio deserve them too. Just not so obvious "system" sets with a player, biter and a shotgun. Some more sophisticated stuff like Op's loco, same scale assembler, a silo. Would be nice. I have to sneak to my sons room and grab ...
