I spaced the stops just enough that none of the pumps overlap a fluid wagon Nice! As things which can use singals (Trainstations / inserters....) can us globas Logistic-Network as Signal source.....
I thougt why not use Signals as items in the logisitc-Network....
so my outline would be catch all signals -> translate them to items and a recipe to build

yes its just an akkumulator...... Main reason for me for this idea was just a use of excess stone. ie. if you play a game with the dirty ores you will get a ton of stones.
