I have constant 60 UPS so that's not the problem. Maybe in some Megabase it would be a problem but I think this is because of the non-optimized multithreading and not caused by the RAM. The devs made an optimized multithreading build, and it instantly hit a wall of RAM latency. RAM is the real bott...

@Koub: There is a litte mistake in your example. We are in the range of Gigabyte/s and not only MB. But I fully agree that RAM is slower. But I don't unterstand why for example 20 GB/s shouldn't be enough because Factorio doesn't have sprites with some GB if all sprites together count 2.x GB. What s...
