Im developing a mod, that adds a chest to the logistics sytem that only provides to storage chests. But i can't figure out how to make a new group. Does anybody know?

I cant find the error repoet where should it be located?

When ever i try to start up the game it crashes, .10 worked fine, but when i updated it crashes every time. i've also tried .11.09 but that one also crashes. I'm on 32-bit windows vista.
