Wait nope still the same error

So i i fixed my first error but now the mod seems to not want to find the icons and or images i have tried redirecting the paths to different places and still nothing i get an error that says

Path __MezTurrets_0.1.1__/base.png does not match any mod even though i have clearly stated it to be loaded ...

Hello i am getting an error when starting up a mod i have been trying to create i am just fiddling with some of the turret code but cant seem to get it to work i get this error upon startup
