Vote-ban system to kick griefers

What ?

30 hours into a game, no admins online and a griefer shows up.
Cant do anything about it.

type /vote <player name>

All other players have the option to vote yes/no to kick that person.
Majority vote = player kicked

Why ?

Griefers suck
