Re: [0.17.46] Game crashes when manually driving a train
I'm experiencing the same crash, manually drive the train a short distance and the game crashes.

This is my day off and its passing agonizingly slowly due to repeated f5 presses with disappointing results lol.irbork wrote: Mon Feb 25, 2019 1:08 pm Is the launch button's safety cover up. Will it be pressed today![]()

Re: Friday Facts #282 - 0.17 in sight
I have a question regarding the map generation and specifically the water generation. Currently, in 0.16, as you get further from spawn the bodies of water appear to be increasing until you get massive lakes even if you selected low water settings.
Has this changed for 0.17 so that water doesn't ...

Re: Lategame mining options are lacking
One possibility is asteroid mining to remove the need for late-game outposting. Get your stuff from the asteroid belt.
A mod that already implements this is 'expanded rocket payloads', it also includes a bunch of other stuff that can be pretty OP in the lategame. I feel that the solar power and ...

Re: Friday Facts #279 - Train GUI & Modern Spitter
This has already been mentioned, in this thread and others, but if the Train GUI looked like this in 0.17, I would be very, very happy. (This is a mockup for Conditional Goto Orders, ala OpenTTD.)

Of course, I'm already going to be happy. But this would be even better. :D ...

Re: Friday Facts #279 - Train GUI & Modern Spitter
Will it be possible to hide the waiting conditions in the new train gui? (something like a little checkbox expande/ fold up)
So the gui for trains with a lot of stations in their schedule (e.g. Some sort of supply train) is more organized and near and it is easier to find a station to make ...

Re: Friday Facts #279 - Train GUI & Modern Spitter
I love the personal train transport and train GUI.
I like the spitters and really enjoy the whole minigame of dodging the spit attacks, are you also scaling up damage a tad to compensate for the increased dodging?
The new worm design does look a bit bland and textureless. I'd also like a bit more ...

Re: Friday Facts #266 Censorship/Moderation Behaviour
Update: I had a post deleted from this location without any notification. That's the end of it. There is really no point in me ever logging into this forum again. It is a complete waste of my time with this happening.
I know what post you are referring to and I reported it as being needlessly ...

They don't have anything to prove to you.featherwinglove wrote: Mon Jan 07, 2019 11:07 amIt should be. I'm not here to argue stocks.

The removal of the axe is nothing compared to this disgusting and insulting censorious behaviour.
Closing topics when they become off-topic is not the same as censorship.
You are welcome to continue discussing the axe removal and other changes in the appropriate topics, such as this FFF ...

Re: Friday Facts #266 - Cleanup of mechanics
I'd just like to add my support to the removing the axe from the game. Its an utterly redundant game play mechanic for factorio and I've only every felt frustration and annoyance in relation to the axe. When I'm in the flow designing and working on my factory and my axe breaks it interrupts my flow ...

To bring back to discussion to the science pack changes;
