In https://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/LuaGameScript.html#LuaGameScript.merge_forces it states that all entities get transfered. This does not exclude all other things. Like techs, bonuses or script info. And where the latter can be easily figured out that it will not happen within the merge itself...

Not sure if it is said already, but in one FFF (forgot what one) you mentioned allowing a mod to only use the game engine and not even the base game. Might be an idea to work a bit more on that? or make a mod like that as the factorio devs to show what it can do and/or explain how one can do that. ...

I like it, does this mean you can now build a wall of rails to prevent a spidertron from going somewhere? Spideyboi can still step between the rails: Also when all those rails are curved? Also I think I read somewhere that:
A, chat becomes scroleble in some way.
B, chat and console would be split.

Are there any plans like that still left? Cuz something like LTN (Errors & warnings only) still tend to swap the chat to some unuseblilty degree.
