Completely delete the data folder before you overwrite the files.

I think your downgrading is the issue. Try putting this attached file into the migration directory that I posted earlier while running 0.17.35 (or above) and load the save.

The migration is still not running at all. Please put the attached files in the data/base/migrations folder. They should be there in the normal install but it looks like something went wrong for you there. it's not helping =( And my installation already have this files with the same content 0.000 2...

Looks like you are missing migration files, could you verify your installation (if you use steam)/redownload the game?
