All the assemblers list the stored products in the tooltip in the "Contents:" section as seen here: output-in-tooltip-assembling-machine.png Unfortunately resource silo (which is a kind of producer too) does not list it as seen here (no white science packs in the "Contents:" list...

I'm currently playing with Warptorio2 mod. I'm not sure if the problem occurs in vanilla, but I'd bet it's independent of the mod. Sometimes bots do not destroy cliffs that block entities from being built. As you can see in my example
I have Cliff explosives ready, however no bot is sent to destroy the blocking cliff.

I guess you can manually download an older version from the mod portal here: https://mods.factorio.com/

Then you will need to put that older version inside the mod folder of your Factorio (and remove the newer one I suppose),
the actual path of the mod folder depends on your operating system.
