Re: Friday Facts #408 - Statistics improvements, Linux adventures

Thank you raiguard and Wube for all that non-flashy (not you, Sway) work that really brings joy to users. Much appreciated.

Also, FWIW I second that the rarity tier names as seen in screenshots could be revised.

Re: Friday Facts #406 - Space Age Music

I love the fact that Wube is such a dedicated company and the OG Factorio gave it enough leeway to pursue whatever they consider appropriate, such an interesting "closure" to have a fully virtual experience all about scale and what not, pollution, machinery etc and then there's that humani...

Re: Friday Facts #405 - Whole belt reader, New logistics GUI

No more Rocket Control Units? Rockets take blue chips now? I’m not crazy, am I? I saw that right? Came here to post exactly that. Yup, I guess that makes sense really. On one hand I sort of enjoy the idea that Industrial Revolution/Krastorio provide where you can sort of improve on how you are doin...

Regarding "Reservation upgrade"
Won't this decrease the throughput of the station as a side effect?

Re: [1.1.13] Sporadic double-click collapsing when using Steam launcher

~10% of the time factorio is launched via Steam, clicking once on anything in factorio doesn't register and a second click is required. When double-clicking on interface buttons, inventory slots, etc. in these launches the game responds as expected when you single click. It stays this way for as lo...

Re: We support Ukraine

I am visiting Praha right now and when I was going through National Technical Museum I could tell right away where some stuff has been taken inspiration from. That funfact aside, I'm super impressed how both public transportation, Unis and regular people all display signs of support for Ukraine. Hea...

Re: Factorio (Server) ARM Build

Just found out Oracle Cloud always free tier is up to 4 ARM cores & 24GB RAM, I wanted to shutdown the old laptop I have and transition to cloud with all the 24/7 but low performance (it's core 2 duo 3G RAM) workloads but turned Factorio is a showstopper. Wube team: I am willing to spend some ti...

Re: Friday Facts #360 - 1.0 is here!

I second (or whichever person I am) for monthly updates, I got sad when reading about about end of FFF.
Anyway proud of 1.0, quality, joy it brings and everything around it.

Re: Friday Facts #352 - New website

As always great update, nice to see team that has the comfort of the thinking "hey, we're good on the code side, we can put some of our efforts on websites and stuff during last months before launch". Made me realize how much I root for you and how I feel like a part of big Factorio family...

On the second deployment it worked without manual insertion and inserts a single fuel cell into each reactor.

Sorry for FUD :(

[0.17.17] Steel furnace doesn't have Total raw cost

I understand that stone furnace doesn't need it, but that one does to easier compare cost with electric.

[0.17.7] Follower count researched notification incorrect

It showed "Follower robot count 1 researched" while in fact we've just finished 8 and started researching 9 right after.

Best regards,

Re: Tileable Nuclear setup (v4)

Hi, got this setup working :D So steam-side we check if steam tank has more than 15k steam stored -> if yes send blue signal (which also goes to lamp), based on blue signal send red signal to kill yellow inserters. Not sure why we multiply blue times 2.5k and output as steam but it sound like a latc...
