Yes this is in the latest beta and happens regardless of mods. I asked the people on the factorion server and they said that they have the same problem

Normally if you have a yellow underground pair and you place a red underground over one of them they both get converted to red. if you have 51 of the red undergrounds when you click on the yellow one only the one you clicked gets converted.

The Icon in the train GUI is backwards when you zoom out. it happens when the double headed train goes backwards
