I understand this issue was already fixed with lightning speed.
Still the underlying issue is that ghost building and recpie/settings copying use the same default keybind.(shift)
How about only disabling copying with item in hand if the keybinds would collide?
I know it would be an obscure hidden ...

While not exactly game breaking the exploit is against the spirit of factorio.
What to do:
You need a boiler, a piece of wood and a nuclear fuel.
1.) Stick the nuclear fuel into the boiler
2.) After the boiler has started consuming. Leftclick with wood in hand to quick replace the nuclear fuel
