I have also been getting brief, intense UPS drops since updating to 13.10 (maybe about once every couple minutes). However, I've noticed that I'm only getting them on maps created in 13.10/13.11. I can load old save games in the 13.11 update, like the one I'm currently running which was created in 1...

Love all the changes. However, I'm getting periodic and heavy UPS slowdowns. I haven't tested reproducibility yet.

As of .13 you don't have to require defines anymore.
