Also, why is landfill/surface size not saved and is always reseted to 2×2? It would be so cool to save that so one doesn't have to increase it on every game start.

Could you maybe change font color in mod portal (e.g. download and discussion tabs are bad, while the information tab is ok). The black color on dark grey background is pain to read.

If that means fast/vey fast/smart/long inserters would pick always just one unit, it is drastic change imo. It would slow all transitions between chests and trains to chests significantly.
