Will there be an updatet Version for Factorio0.15.x ?

What about the mods in the steam version of Factorio ? Will they be published via steam workshop or as usual via the forum downloads ?

there is a mod for this, but the ideas for the water system are really good too and i hope they find a way to implement them too
