Came to say I was hearing this at 0:24 on the OST. Also, maybe my ear was overcritical after hearing the first glitch, but:
* at 1:31, the transition, specifically the decay of the first phrase, seems unintentionally abrupt
* at 2:11 and 5:00, I hear a click
It's a fantastic track, by the way.
