Did I even say fixed speed control? Have you ever tried to do precision reactive speed control in this with circuits? Any idea what PDM is? or a PID?

Since the time of posting this I have come to understand the thrust system far better and have implemented a good speed per route control system. However, what remains is still the lack of indication of the paused state which is the real missing feature.

Except your might want a logistic group that imports things from different planets.
and how would any of the other suggestions be better in that scenario?... want to send your ship to each planet before configuring imports for it? why not in the case you you don't need a group that's actually ...

i think it should be deducted from the first planet icon in the name of the logistic group. or maybe to make it more explicit, just make it selectable for a logistic group, instead of having to select it for each individual import... i think this would lead to the best experience for most players.

There does not appear to be any means whatsoever of launching a rocket with more than one item type, except manually in the silo UI by clicking the "deliver" button.
Yap, that is quite it, we just lack the fine control over it, a "launch rocket" signal would work, now to which platform should ...

i solved this by having a simple condition on the harvest tower that keeps it off while i have fruits or undisposed seeds left at the tower...

I think there should be a way to communicate to/between platforms.
I suggest adding a radar UI to select where the signal is shared or adding a dedicated satellite dish with UI.
