Very nice.
I liked the themes and thought they were very fitting, but the music on Fulgora is too loaded, my brain went into stress mode listening to it... i think it's good for an intro, but as a constant background music, i don't know...

i don't know about "RTS tool", referring to gaming categories ingame seems strange to me. the tools functions reminds me of the commander interface in BF2 and commander is a common term in RTS games, so why not call it something like commander tool/remote, command panel or something?

I agree on most other that the shell looks reusable, so if a inserter pulls from the artillery it should be extracted instead or something. I also agree that pathfinding is still not "correct". what if you actually mod "flying" biters, not "water" biters into the game? ...
