This quote is out of bound... Sorry, i just wanted to refer to the huge distance that was between a player and the train. The idea to make it customizeable sounds nice. On the one hand i like this discussion, but on the other hand i would not want my trains to stop just because i cross the rails. As ssilk said: You forget, that with full speed a train needs 100 tiles and more to stop. ... This means every train at full speed would start to slow down from ~100 tiles...

Hey, i did not read the whole thread :roll: but i had the same problem when using EVGA Precision. I am not sure what exactly caused the issue, but turning it off helped. Maybe there are other graphic card enhancing/overclocking/etc. tools that might have a similar impact. €dit: Just noticed the prob...

I think it is better, but i would suggest to put different backgrounds for different buildings. You could for example make yellow belts bright yellow, yellow inserters a bit darker yellow and so on. When i looked at the Furnace Setup i feel it can be hard to identify borders and directions. I don't know if you plan to, but you could give things different background colors to make it more clear.
