From what I've seen (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong), the storage tanks will slowly even out to fill to the same percentage level of the pipes, so, lets say if your pipes are filling up to 7 oil (out of a max 10), then the storage tanks will fill to 70% capacity. it would end up strobing the lights. IMO wave (assuming that pipes are always partially filled) modelling of pipe flow is the main problem. The automated systems are really getting bad about stuff like this these days. Hopefully they fix all the bugs before they release Skynet, but knowing our current society they won't. :lol:

Well for me, I had completely figured trains out on my own at one point in time, but then i came back after a long reprieve and was like "um, how do these work again?" and i didn't feel like banging my head against the same wall so i just looked them up.
